...the prices of milk from Spain have been hugely increased?
Milk is nutritious and essential in our diet. Semi-skimmed milk is the most popular, but whole milk is the most nutritious. According to the Consumers' Association, the best milk from Spain comes from a specific brand, and milk prices have reached historic highs.
Spanish milk should clearly state its origin.
The Consumers' Association analysed 37 brands of UHT whole milk for quality and price. Prices ranged from €0.91 to €1.29 per litre, with Auchan, Hacendado and Carrefour the best value for money. Milk prices rose 50% in two years, mainly due to costs in processing and distribution. Despite the price rise, quality improved, with no impurities or hygiene problems.
Eleven brands were rated as very good, with "El Buen Pastor" from Cantabria and "Clesa" from Galicia as the best. "El Buen Pastor" costs €1.25 per litre and "Clesa" €1.08 per litre. Milk consumption in Spain is falling, from 65.42 litres per person in 2022, due to the poor reputation of cow's milk, the rise of plant-based milk drinks and inflation.

E1 Series: electric speedboats in Puerto Banús
This weekend, Puerto Banús will transform into a speed arena for the E1 Series, a championship featuring cutting-edge electric speedboats.
The Racebirds, made of carbon fibre and powered by a 150-kilowatt battery, can reach speeds of up to 93 km/h. With an autonomy of 40 minutes, these boats will compete in the Puerto Banús Grand Prix
